MU-JHU Research Collaboration (MU-JHU CARE LTD), in partnership with Johns Hopkins University (JHU) is offering Post-doctoral Fellowships for Ugandan researchers engaged in HIV research including clinical trials. The goal is to strengthen local capacity to design and conduct HIV-related research among pregnant and lactating women, children, adolescents, young women and their partners. The program is supported by the Fogarty International Center of the US National Institutes of Health.

Applicants should:

• Ugandan citizens
• Have a track record demonstrating prior experience related to research in clinical trials, with relevant
• Be interested in training and conduct of HIV-related research in pregnant or lactating women, children, adolescents or young women and their partners
• Have a commitment to developing a career and leadership in HIV related clinical trial research.
• Proposed research project aligning with the program objectives which may include clinical research, observational (sub)studies, secondary analyses, or implementation science.
• Letter of recommendation from the employer or supervisor
