MU-JHU Care Ltd, in partnership with Center for Health, Human Rights and Development and with support from The AIDS Support Organization and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, hosted the Regional Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) Dialogue Meeting on 31st March 2026 in Lira.
In his opening remarks, Denis Akakimpa ( Director of Strategic Planning and Partnerships) emphasized the need for districts to adopt CLM as a tool for strengthening accountability among service providers.
During plenary discussions, key priorities for effective CLM implementation were highlighted: identifying scalable interventions, enabling community-based organizations to use available data to inform programming, and strengthening early accountability for activities.
The dialogue underscored the value of collaboration and strategic planning in advancing community-led health systems.
